TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICE AND ORDERING

The price payable for Products is set out on the website, on various social media sites and also on premise.  Prices may change without notice but will be confirmed at the time the Customer places their order.

​An order and payment received from a Customer shall not be deemed as contractual until the product has been despatched by the Company. Non-payment or rejected payment shall constitute the contract as void but the Customer may still be liable for charges of such failure to pay in accordance with the Company's payment terms.

This does not breach your Statutory Rights.

The Company reserves the right to withdraw any Product from sale and where relevant, return any payments without notice or reason.

 

The Company have included this term to protect against a mistake in pricing, where the Company has inadvertently under-priced or over-priced goods, or the Company are no longer able to supply a particular product for any reason.

Title of the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the Product including all relevant taxes and delivery costs and where the delivery has been made to the customer from the Company.

 

The Company reserves the right to repossess Products in the Customer's possession if payment is not made in full.

 

DELIVERY AND TITLE

Where a delivery has been offered to the customer, we cannot guarantee or be held liable for delivery on the agreed date.  We reserve the right to use approved 3rd party delivery companies.

If the Customer fails to receive the Product on the quoted delivery date, the Company reserves the right to return the Product to store. A repeated delivery request may incur additional delivery costs.​

Title of the goods will only pass to the Customer on receipt of payment in full of the price of the Product including all relevant taxes and delivery costs and where the delivery has been made to the customer from the Company.

 

The Company reserves the right to repossess Products in the Customer's possession if payment is not made in full.

 

BACKORDERS

If the Product/s the Customer ordered are not in stock, the Company will back order the goods for the Customer and quote an estimated delivery date.

 

The Customer will always be emailed with the option to cancel their order if they do not accept the new delivery date.

GUARANTEES & WARRANTIES

The Company guarantees the Customer's satisfaction. All Products offered to the Customer are covered by this guarantee unless specifically outlined at the time of sale.

 

It is the responsibility of the Customer to return any Product to us for remedy, replacement or refund and in all instances the Product much be returned in the original packaging with all tags still in place.

The Company reserves the right to remedy all faults in the first instance by way of a replacement on receipt of the returned Product.

 

The Company will not accept claims where this procedure has not been followed.

 

This does not breach your Statutory Rights.

The Customer must notify the Company of any issues covered under this clause by telephone or by email to

The Customer will bear the cost of returning all products to the Company

Any modifications carried out to the Product or failure to adhere to the returns process shall invalidate your Warranty with the Company.

In certain conditions, the Warranty or Guarantee offered by the Company shall be superseded by that of a Designer, in which case this Warranty or Guarantee shall prevail.

 

This will not affect your rights under the Sale of Good Act 2015

 

LIABILITY

Any defect in the quality and condition of the Product should be notified by the Customer to the Company within 24 hours or on receipt of the Product. If the Customer does not notify the Company the Company will not accept liability for any future notification of defect.

The Company will inspect the Product returned and if the defect is identified, the Company will remedy via a replacement or refund.

 

The Company will have no further liability to the Customer.

The Company under no circumstances will be liable to the Customer for any loss of profits, additional costs, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any defect in Products supplied.

 

The Company's liability will be restricted to the value of Products returned found to be defective on inspection.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or the Company's liability to the Customer for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or injury resulting from the Company's negligence.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Company does not disclose the Customers information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.

 

In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall have no liability to the Customer for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to the Products supplied or delivered caused by any event or circumstance beyond the Company's reasonable control.

 

GENERAL

The validity, legality or enforceability of any part of these terms and conditions will be unaffected by the invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any individual part of these term and conditions.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.

All pictures displayed are a representation of the Product and may vary from the image displayed.
